Wedding/Bridal shower/ Anniversary - We include the beautiful 'Hawaiian Wedding Song' to commemorate.
Hawaiian party or Luau - a variety of modern and traditional dances to delight the crowd.
Birthday party – all ages and the birthday person is singled out during the show as the ‘star’ of the show!
Retirement homes or Seniors events - Full show with a variety of costume changes. Dances performed may include from favorite artists from the past including Elvis, Andy Williams, Don Ho, Connie Francis, etc. We also incorporate the audience into the show by learning some Hawaiian hand movements.
Children's birthday parties - interaction using the Hawaiian implements - shells, feathered gourd which children can shake, poi balls, plus a learning portion to get children involved in addition to providing a mini show.
Corporate events - Polynesian show, lei greeting, boat cruises, whatever your occasion warrants.
Christmas Party/New Years Eve - Hawaiian show with seasonal flair including glitter skirts, candle dance, santa hat...
..A typical performance is anywhere from 15-45 minutes depending on the type of show, number of dancers, and available time. Every show is planned specifically for your event and requirements. There is no 'one show fits all'. Shows are customized to your unique specifications and to the nature of the occasion itself. If you have a special request or a certain dance you would like performed we will do our best to accommodate.
Dances are performed in costumes appropriate to the song - long grass skirts, pareos or sarongs, muumuu (Hawaiian long dress), traditional pa'u skirts for ancient hula, modern style 1950's glitter skirts, and elaborate Tahitian costumes with headdress.
Audience participation can be incorporated into the performance either as a learning portion where as many guests as possible learn some basic hand and foot movements. Alternatively, a few individuals from the audience can come up in front of their peers to demonstrate their moves Hawaiian style....we will add a grass skirt and lei!
